Mode. Will run on constant mode but once switched over warning light comes up also does this when alternating mode or reverse in constant is used. Pump has been cleaned taken apart and hardware changed several times over. All so at times you can here shaft rubbing and almost grinding. Why do I do?

Have you taken the pump apart and inspected the magnet/shaft to ensure that nothing is jammed inside? Sometimes while unlikely, small snails can make their way into the motor block and cause issues.
