Started a new saltwater acct today customer has a RQ hang on the back that fits his tank nice. Needs new pumps they were shorting out... I have it at my house don't see any numbers on it. Its a double collection cup with a center drain need new pump. 717-599-2122

Hmm, did the customer save the serial number of the pump? I need that to start the warranty claim. Please use the "Submit a Ticket" link and be sure to include the model and serial number of the pump along with proof of purchase.

Without the serial number I cannot do anything about the pump. In order for me to start the warranty claim, I need the serial number on the back of the pump. Otherwise, the customer will need to purchase a new pump.
