I bought 2 pumps with a controller no more than 2 months ago, and the controller is already faulty, pump B will not work. Its not the pumps because I tried switching them and both pumps work on A. I tried calling, it just tells me to fill out a ticket, I tried submitting a ticket and it wont send. Just does nothing. I'm very frustrated with maxspect at this point. I have over 10k in livestock relying on these pumps, and I can't even find any info on even PURCHASING a new 300 series controller.

If you READ my post, I said I TRIED submitting a ticket, and it wont work, it's not sending. I hit the send button and It does nothing. I've been tryin for 2 days now to reach someone about ANY kind of information, and I still get the runaround, and haven't even been able to actually talk to anyone.

Do a reset on controller it worked for me. Unplug power then hold down middle button on the circle selector and plug power back in and select reset and it worked. Mine is a month old so I was prettt upset until I tried this.
