My maxspect Ethereal cannot connect your my ICV6. The ICV6 is new and the lights was previously owned by someone. I tried the reset directions you have mentioned on other posts but I didn’t not see any lights flashing. Nor do I think I reset the light.

Correction. I believe the dial has lost function. The dial does not control the light at all thus I cannot reset it.
