Blue lights flashing on controller for regal into 300

Have you taken he pump apart and pulled out the impeller just to make sure that the impeller magnet is not cracked or swollen or something is jamming the impeller?

Yes I was able to turn it with a finger.i can hit the power button and the lights will not go out the just flash all the time the power button does nothing this isn't even 6 months old
If I unhook the pump I still can't get the controller to turn off with the power button only way to turn the lights off or turn power off is to unplug it

Yes I have taken it apart like I said if I unhook the pump from the controller and plug it in I can not turn it off and on with the power button the blue lights stay flashing even when I try to turn power off using the on and off button
I can not turn the power off and stop them from flashing in less I unugg it from the surge protector

The light on the black power supply also flashes all the time it does not stay light all the time
