Have a weird problem with one of my ethereals. I have 3 running on the icv6. There's one led on one unit that will never go off. It functions how it's supposed to, changing colors per the programming. When all the lights go off one led stays on bright white. I tried resetting the unit and still have the problem. Any ideas?

Can you send in for service? If your Ethereal still has this problem after resetting it's going to need to be looked at by a technician.
