New icecap ATO not pumping water. I got an alarm on initial setup. even when i removed all sensors from water. now it doesn't pump water(never has) but at least the sensor seems to work. it only beeps if the white one is under water. I cant open a ticket because I'm not sure where the serial number is. I was hoping there was a fix or i could be told what i'm not doing correctly?

Have you taken the pump apart and pulled out the impeller just to check and make sure nothing is stuck or the magnet is swollen or cracked?

I haven't yet. Just a visual inspection on the propeller. I'll have to check when I get the time. Thanks.

I don't think there is a serial number on the back of the Icecap ATO. In this case, just enter NA.
