So I was just messing with one set of the hanging wires that comes with the Razor. I pulled on the bottom so that there is no slack (in other words, if the fixture was attached, it would be at the highest position possible). Problem is, I can't seem to make the line longer again. I've tried tugging on the two pieces that are supposed to be connected, tugging on them individually, pulling from the top...Idk lol, it might be obvious but I can't seem to get it.

On the top of the gripper, push down the small ring that the cable first enters to release.
