I just changed my internet provider and now I can’t get either my JBJ Nano cube or my icecap Gyre 4Kto contect to my network. The status light on the Gyre controller flashes red.

The easiest thing to do is take your new router and change the WiFi SSID and password to the same one you had with the old router. This way, you will not have to reconnect any devices again. Instead, ALL your devices will connect to the new WiFi router as if it was the old one.

Hi mine is on red all the time has the same router and password it runs all day till night then it stops have to unplug it for it to start up again and won't link to my phone app ?

It probably means your device is too far from the router, or the router signal is not getting to the device reliably. Have you tried installing an Access Point as we recommend on the link above?
