Hi, I am brand new to the saltwater side of the hobby so I am not sure what is or is not proper operation of a new Skimmer.
Just received Skimmer today and during assembly found that the intake of the pump does not line up correctly with the body. Managed to press the pump down very hard in order to install the are intake device. After installing this it is clocked in the body and does not fit well. Running the Skimmer also does not produce small bubbles at all only very large bubbles throughout the body, similar to a hot tub or the likes. Is this normal break in behavior?
