I'm thinking from what I can find it's an XP-2000 Cone but I'm not positive as the valve adjustment is different than the models I see now including the color of it Black Vs Red, can you possibly identify the exact model number for this?

This is an old Extreme XS200 skimmer with a sicce PSK2500 pump. It was replaced by the Diablo XS160 when the Sicce 1000 pumps became available.

Sorry I do not have any of the original instructions for this model. What was provided was nothing more than a diagram showing its assembly. This skimmer does best in 7-9.5" of water depending on the pinwheel used in the PSK2500 pump. The skimmer utilizes a wedge valve that rotates to open and close which raises and lowers the water level within the skimmer.
