My XS2R has stopped working. Power went out and now it shows up I'm app but I can't change anything or operate anything. My firmware says up to date but the firmware date is 1970 and it doesn't show me which version. I've tried uninstall, remove device, factory reset nothing works. I suspect firmware but don't know how to update
