Burned out LEDs + no actinics

I have a Razor 160 Watt lighting system that I have had for about a year and a half.

Yesterday, the Blue actinics in the 4 corners of each panel would not come on and I noticed that several of the LEDs were melted. Not sure what I should do. Any advice would be appreciated. I will try to attach pics.
