We purchased a Reef Octopus BH-100 about 3 years ago and the (N: water outlet inside) washer connected to the (P: outlet T fitting) seems to be leaking slightly. Are we able to purchase E: washers? And if so how? Or is this something we would just replace by going to a local Home Depot or Lowes and go to the plumbing section and purchase a washer part through them?
We purchased our Reef Octopus BH-100 through The Fish Room in Raleigh NC.

We sell all of the replacement parts that you will need. The T-Fitting is $15.00 and Washers are $1.00 each plus shipping, please provide me with your shipping address.
