I have no intenet in my country house.
Local control doesn't gives me an opportunity to set dosing programm.

I am sorry but I believe the X4 Pro does not support local control. If I am not mistaken the Kamoer X4 you can use the onboard controller to prime, calibrate and set the dosing schedule or you can connect via the app. Sorry am not too helpful we hardly distributed the X4 as it was quickly replaced by our F4 PRO which cant be run locally either. It requires the cloud to update the firmware and settings. I would suggest reaching out to your place of purchase or your country's Kamoer Distributor to make sure the information I am providing is correct for your area.
