2K Gyre Whine

I installed a 2KGyre with the wifi controller about a month ago. It has developed a whine in all modes except constant flow. I have taken it mostly apart and soaked in Vinegar/Water solution and it made no difference. I changed out the propellers and no difference. Any thoughts as to how to fix this? It is so loud you can hear it even with the TV on. I have headphones on and the sound gets through my closed headphones.
