I noticed the Max and Min locations are having the reverse effect I would have expected. The hole in the "adjust pipe" turns towards the motor as it needs to be because the air hose is too short to have it any other way. In fact the tube kinks over if I turn the pipe all the so that the hole is facing away from the skimmer body (Min) position which in my case has the water level at its highest setting. Can anyone think of any reason this would be happening and what I can do about it. The skimmer is brand new. When I set the adjust pipe to the MAX level the water level is lower in the skimmer body. When I set the level to the MIN level the skimmer overflows into the collection cup immediately.

Is the water outlet T installed correctly? If it is pointing the opposite way, it will change the way the pipe labels read. All you need to do is point the T outlet to the other side and that will fix the issue.

I am located in York, PA. USA.
The arrows (stickers) are pointed towards each other on the T and body. When I get home from work I will try rotating the outlet on the T, 180 degrees and see if that fixes it.
