i have this skimmer that id like to run external. the pump on it has a small leak at the front( im pointing to the front cover where its leaking, the twist lock tabs have broken off so it doesnt sit tight to make seal) so ive been using it internal. i cant find what model skimmer this is, i know its an older one. the cup on it is 8 inches. id like to know which varios pump and adapters are needed to upgrade and if thats not an option, what replacement may work.

can you follow up on this for me? i ordered the aqua trance 3000 which was direct replacement for otp3000 as per your website. customer service says it wont work but as stopped answering question. i have emailed, called, all multiple times and end with no responses. can someone please call me? my phone number was attached in one of the emails.

Unfortunately, Reef Octopus no longer makes the parts to upgrade that skimmer to the AQ3000S pump. We have reached out to them to find out if they have any parts left or if they can make one but since it December 23, they won't get back to us until after Christmas. We cannot promise that they will have the part available or that they will make it but we are doing what we can to track down and get the part. Sorry for the inconvenience and delay.
