Brand new problem?

Hello! I just got a new Gyre 250 to go with a brand new 230/250 controller I won in a raffle. I opened it all up a few minutes ago, started installing things, and realized there was a huge problem. The pump (which is certainly a 250 and not a 280, I checked every single specification possible plus the box and my order history) cannot connect to the controller. The cable that would connect the two are both immensely different sizes. The pump has a large plug that's easily double the size of the small plug that exists on the controller. It looks like someone took a 250 pump and put a 280 chord on it almost. I don't understand at all how this happens, are there different generations of controllers? I'd love to find a solution so I can get my pump up and running!

Thanks!

The 250 controller can only connect to an XF150 or XF250 controller. The XF250 pump cannot connect to an XF280 or XF230 controller.

But the manual says the 230 and 250 uses the same controller.

Can you send us a picture of that please? The 230 and 250 pumps do not and have never used the same controller.

Here are the screen shots as we just purchased a 250 today assuming it connected to the 230 integrated controller based on the user manual and from the shops staff.

That page is "Content of the Box". That means that the pictures below are what should be included in the box. That DOES NOT mean or say that both the XF230 and the XF250 have the same exact controller. That means that both the XF230 and the XF250 should include a controller and a power supply while the XF280 only includes a controller.
