I got a new controller as my screen went bad. I found the update 1.7 and performed it and I got the larger font but the screen still doesn't shut off. wondering if you are aware or what shold I do?

I also figured it out,it doesn't shut off after 30 seconds like the description by the update it shuts off after 3 min
