I am building a new tank that is 9' long, 48" wide and 32" deep. I have been looking at the Maxspect Razor 300W fixtures, but I can't find information on the spread or how deep they can penetrate. Can you tell me if this fixture would penetrate at a decent par value at the 32" depth? Also, how many would you recommend for that length of tank? I will have a mixed reef setup with softies, LPS, some SPS and clams.

Thank you,

Pete,

I recommend two of the 300W (43.5") Razors for you 9ft aquarium. if you mount at 6" you will have no trouble reaching a 32" depth.

Thank you, Chris. You think 2 would have the spread to cover the 4' width of the tank?

Pete,

No problem with two of the 300W Razors covering the 4ft width, you just may need to mount the fixtures at 10".
