Both my X1 Pro 2 dosing pumps are getting connection timeout errors on the app. Been working great for 5 months the errors on both pumps started last week. Both have firmware version 1.0.7. Most recent version of the Kamoer remote ap as of 5/7.

Having the exact same issue here. No problems for months and suddenly "connection timeout" errors and very slow loading of the app. Able to connect to a pump about 1/10 times. Cannot edit plans, calibrate pumps, etc. due to constant connection timeout errors. I submitted a ticket as well so we'll see what happens.

Same here. Just submitted a ticket this is not fixed. Very upset this is a critical piece of equipment many reef keepers cannot afford to not work. I’ll be looking for a different doser even if this does get fixed.

Having the same issues with 4 of the X1 pumps still. Submitted a ticket yesterday and the only response I got was that the Kamoer servers are having issues at this time and they are working to get the issues fixed. I wouldn't really call that "assistance". Its been 7 days. Fix the servers.

Any fix on this issue yet? I've been stuck on this for weeks I've tried just about everything I could with no luck. pump is 2 months old and already a paper weight!
