Sorry for the issues you are having but we are the US distributor for Kamoer. Please contact D-D or your area Kamoer distributor to help you with the issue you are faced with as they are best equipped to offer proper advice for your product. For what it's worth the 60% is a common issue with older firmware on the Kamoer doser and/or an unstable WiFi signal. Make sure your new mobile device has the discovery of the Kamoer app available and that the mobile device itself is connected to the 2.4ghz. If possible temporarily kill the 5ghz signal till you can rebind your doser to the network.
