Kamoer f4 pro connection issue

Nearly a year ago I've bought kamoer f4 pro pump . Everything was fine until my phone has stopped working and get a new one . There is no chance to connect this pump with my android phone ( my router is working on both 2.4 and 5ghz ) or new ipad . I have same pump but DD and there was no problems to connect it
I have tried to connect it via router, hot spot . It's going to 60% and nothing after
Once pump was connected but it says on screen that this device cannot be added to this app and I need to contact after sales . When I touch the screen once again it says token not found
Do you have any tips how to sort it ?

For what it's worth the 60% is a common issue with older firmware on the Kamoer doser and/or an unstable WiFi signal. Make sure your new mobile device has the discovery of the Kamoer app available and that the mobile device itself is connected to the 2.4ghz. If possible temporarily kill the 5ghz signal till you can rebind your doser to the network.

Can I upgrade firmware using my laptop and can connection on the side of the pump ?
Or can I connect it with my other pump ( it's DD but they are same products ) and then upgrade the firmware?

D-D uses a different App than the US territory. Sorry, I am only aware of updating the firmware from the app.
