Just set up my Smart Auto Lite (model SATO-260P) as per directed by the instructions & it doesn't seem to be working. The sensor seems to be ok but the pump doesn't start at all when the sensor is above the water line. I think the pump must be faulty. Will you be able to replace this under the warranty?

The Smart ATO lite is not a model that we carry or offer warranty support for. Please contact AutoAqua directly and ask them who your local distributor I’d for that model ATO.
