I’ve bought several brand new x1 pro 2 pumps, while trying to go through the setup they all do the exact same thing and the app gets stuck on 60%. I’ve disabled my 5g wifi network so it’s only the 2.4ghz network available, reset the router, deleted the app and reinstalled. Everything I try fails and it constantly gets stuck at 60%. Wifi signal is good as the router is only a couple of meters away. It shouldn’t be this hard to get these things going, surely. It’s not a faulty unit as I have half a dozen all doing the same. Please someone help this is doing my head in. Two days of trying.

Hey, thank you for the reply. I managed to sort it after days of pulling my hair out and it’s possibly an issue with my iPhone xs. I downloaded the app and logged in on my wife’s phone and the setup went through straight away! I’m unable to update the software as it just gets stuck at 99% bit at least they are working now

2 things it can be. Try to restart your phone and or you router has switched back to 5ghz from 2.4 ghz

You can eith get another wifi router that is truely dedicated to 2.4ghz. I can look at it, But if i get it here and it connects here but not at your house then you are back at square one
