You can cut a short length of the airline and install it on the ozone injection side and slide that tube right into the hose and tee. You can then zip tie around the larger airline with the ozone line within it to hold and seal. The venturi is a constant vacuum so the connection will be safe you just want to make sure the joint does not leak water when the skimmer pump is off.
