Not able to log in to Kamoer app

Sorry I could not locate any ticket under your name within our support portal. If you would like to provide me with the ticket number I would be happy to look into your issue further but it appears that the Kamoer API servers are down which appears to be affecting the ability to reset the password transaction. We are waiting for an update from Kamoer on when the servers will be back online. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
