Autoaqua smart awc stopped working

Hello

My unit does not power on my pumps. The unit shows it's trying to turn the pumps on but nothing happens. I believe I am outside the warranty period. Due to covid I was not able to set up my aquarium and I did not find out the unit is defective until very late. Please let me know what my options are to fix this unit.

Yes the unit powers on and seems to be trying to get the pumps to work but they don't, I tried different pumps in different ports none work however

Its not common for them to all go out at the same time But it can happen. If you have any other issues with this unit you will need to purchase replacement parts.

A replacement controller would be $54.99. The pumps are $23.00. The repair pricing depends on what has to be done to the unit and also what parts have to be replaced.

("Product") was purchased from an authorized distributor or an authorized reseller.

2. All warranty repairs or replacement are performed by the authorized distributor or
authorized reseller in the region where the Product was first shipped by AUTOAQUA.

3. The limited warranty is valid for a period of 1 year under proper installation and
normal use from the date of the original purchase listed on the proof of
purchase or sales receipt.

4. In the event of a limited warranty claim, proof of purchase or sales receipt
(issued to the original purchaser) is required.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer any type of extended warranty. I so apologize for the inconvenience.
