I have a 1K Pump in a 20 gallon long. I have had it for about 4 months and when I first got it, i set it to a max of +20%. Many of my coral have grown and I have added more rock and gotten more coral that require higher flow, but the pump will not change speeds. It will change modes, but the speed stays the same whether it is at +20% or +100%.
Is there a way to reboot the unit or is the controller broken?

Switch the controller to manual mode and select "Constant speed". Then try to change the speed of the pump and see if it changes. If you have the pump in automatic mode, the 20 and 100 just mean the min and max speeds the pump can run at. The pump may be running on any speed in between at any particular time depending on the pattern you have selected.
