Will the noise from the reaction chamber get any quieter? I have to unplug it at night so I can sleep. Way louder than my Coralife 65.

It's only been running a week. I know that it needs to break in. Just asking because reviews say that it is quite. Not yet. Plus every time I turn it back on after feeding it overflows. I'll give it the month to break in, but not liking it at this time. Needs a lot of babysitting.

You dont need to turn off the skimmer to feed your tank. It is actually not recommended. You can turn off your flow pumps but the skimmer should remain on 24/7.
