I have a single pump and contoller..I unplugged the power to make sure I had the lastest firmware and it states 2.0.. right now I’m running the preset ltc with the max set at 40% and min 20% but when I always look at the controller it stays at 20% max min 10%. Please explain how to correct.also should I have the preset set to off for the next 30 cycle?

You may want to open a ticket in our support portal to address this issue. Have you tried to update the firmware to be sure that it is installed properly or did the controller come with 2.0 firmware already installed?

I bought the controller and pump last month and it i guess came with 2.0 firmware installed, i have not updated the firmware for the fact when i unplugged the power and plugged back in the version came up 2.0..

Thanks Angie, i did open a support ticket already ...i downloaded the update to a SD card yesterday and was prepared to update on the controller, but when i saw the version already was 2.0 i did not want to update and cause more issues.
