I need help to scale circulation for 47 Aquarium "(L) x 31" (W) x 24 "(H). The aquarium is in the center of the room, so there is no leaning against rocks in any face.
One gyre 150 would be appropriate or would work best with two gyre?

You can connect a battery backup to the two pumps?

You will need to purchase an XF250 kit (both pump and controller) and then an XF250 Pump Only. The controller can handle two pumps. The difference between the XF250 and the XF150 is the controller. Technically if you have an XF150, you can purchase the XF250 kit and then attach the XF150 as the second pump. The XF250 controller is backwards compatible with the XF150 pump. The new advanced controller is compatible with backup batteries.
