I have a 100 gallon tank that measures 35x30x24, will 36” recurve fit my tank which is only 35” in length or will I be better off with the 24” model?

I would go with the 36" Recurve, it will fit on your 35" tank.

Those dimensions looks like it’s for 24” model and the. According to bulkreef website the recurve 90 is the 36” model and 60 is 24” model.
