Just installed my new gyre and nothing will work I set it up all as per instructions and nothing happens when following the button pressing procedure... Any ideas

Please do the following:
Remove the cages and the propellers from the motor block until you are left with only the motor block and the exposed shaft. Then go ahead and power up the pump and see if the shaft spins. The motor should run for about 10 seconds and then shut off as the controller detects the lack of water drag from the motor running without propellers. This is normal.
Does the motor run?
Does the shaft spin?
Is the pump completely dead?
Are the controller lights on?
Is the LED light on the power supply on?
