Im new to the saltwater hobby and i would like to know how to know how to set up the protein skimmer correctly? like i have it connected in my sump around 9 inches of water depth and i want to know where the bubble have to be?

Do you have the CLSC150SSS or the CLSC150INT?
If you have the CLSC150SSS, then your skimmer should be in 7.5"-8" of water.
If you have the CLSC150INT, then your skimmer should be in 6"-7" of water.
