ATO, pump or sensor failing

The sensor or pump of my ATO SATO 120P has failures, sometimes turn off the pump when it reaches the level and sometimes not, keep sending water without stopping

I'm the final client, so I dont have proof of purchase. I'm from México city, my supplier have this information.
My question is on this case will the warranty apply? My supplier will carry out the procedure in case it applies

In order to do a warranty you would need to get your proof of purchase. If your items is under warranty then i can get you a new sensor sent out.
