Hi I;am using your Smart ATO Automatic Top Off System and like it a lot but I have one question. Why when I reset the Smart ATO Automatic Top Off System dose it start pumping water even when the the water level is already up? Thanks.

The water level may not be high enough for the unit to recognize it so you can either wait for the water level to get high enough for the unit to read it or you can manually move down the controller until it stops pumping water.
