Icecap ballast keeps blowing fuses, purchased Coralvue 660 a limitless over year ago and everything worked fine. Past few weeks, VHO bulbs would occasionally be off when they should be on. Unplug ballast and plug back in, lights come on. Finally today, that didn't work. So, put new bulbs in. They flicker when plug in tint and time again but it's only for an instant. Pretty sure bulbs are making proper contact. Could it be the ballast? Can the IceCap 660 be repaired too?
