Is there a support number we can call?

My Klir 7 will not stop rolling forward. Sensors clean. Powered controller off/on multiple times. Unplugged and resecured all connections. I’ve had the unit about 5 weeks without any issues

Just had the same experience after installing them 12 hours ago. Was told that "Micro bubbles" popping and getting the sensor wet is the cause. How do you keep bubbles from forming where the return section of your sump is at? I just submitted a support ticket and am awaiting a response. Bonus, you can't reuse the fleece once it's wet, so that was a waste.
