I recently bought new led boards from you guys because one of my lights started to fail, now i just noticed after running the new leds where the red led is at on each of the pucks is melting the lenses thant's the first problem .
The 2nd problem is my other light fixture is flickering and starting to go out also is this a reacurring problem with these light i bought $450 plus dollar light hoping the would last more than a couple of years but if i have to put hundreds of dollars in to them every year to keep them alive it not worth it ! Any help in these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

If you replaced 16000k LED pads with the new 15000k pads but still have the older 90 degree lenses, you will need to replace those with the 120 degree reflectors. The 90 degree lenses are not compatible with the 15000k pads.

As far as your second fixture having problems, is it the same problem you experienced with your other Razor? Since you've had this problem twice now, I would like to offer you, as a courtesy, we can send you the LED pads and 120 degree reflectors for $15 per set. I will also include the reflectors for the first fixture free of charge since nobody informed you that you would need to switch those out if you're changing to the 15000k pads.

I would also like to see pictures of the driver board in the second fixture to make sure there is no issue with that before we send replacement parts.

Let me know if this works for you, and rest assured, you should not have any problems like this in the future.

Sincerely,
Lindsey

Your driver board looks great so it will just be the LED pads that you need. You can call the parts department at 985-781-9078 EXT 5 to order and let them know that I gave you the price of $15 each for the LED pads.
