I just dug out an older gyre from storage that was working before it was stored. The shaft spins freely and there's no error indication on the controller. The controller lights up blue and seems to be functioning as nothing was wrong. I connected the pump before the power as per instructions.

Before storing it, did you give the gyre a good cleaning? If not, I would recommend doing that first before starting the pump especially after a long storage period.

Please start a private ticket and be sure to include the serial number on the back of the dry magnet as well as proof of purchase to verify the warranty status.

It won't have any warranty. It's 3-4 years old. Is there any way to determine if the problem is with the pump or the controller?
