hello to whom it may concern, I have come across a gyre xf-150 new in an unopened box. I understand this item has been replaced by the fx-250. My question is if I do end up purchasing the fx-150 new in an unopened box will the warranty still be valid? Thank you in advance

Yes, the warranty is based on the purchase date. If something goes wrong with the pump, we will repair it or replace it with XF150 parts. Warranty goes not cover upgrades.

Im buying off of eBay. Its listed as brand-new in box never opened. Is it from date of purchase from that individual ? I just want to make sure its not from the date he or his company bought it new.

The warranty is only valid if you purchase it from a retail store. If you purchase it from an individual, then the warranty is not valid. Warranty is non-transferrable.
