I recently bought a new rotor impeller from you guys to replace my old impeller since it wasn’t producing bubbles. I put everything back together right and now the DC Pump Controller turns on and off by it self. So it will be on for like 5-10 seconds then off for 1-2 second then back on for 5-10 seconds. Is there something wrong with the Controller now?

That actually sounds like a power supply issue. Did you make sure you connected the correct power supply to the controller?

Yes power supply is right because the pump turns on. However, if I turned down the speed to 2 and 1 it will stay on but no bubbles producing from the slimmer.

It is hard to tell what the issue is without inspecting the pump. The issue could be the power supply but again, it is hard to tell 100%. The pumps last about 10 years if they are properly maintained but just like any cars, depending on the type of use, the life of the motor may be shorter.
