Hey guys, I have a Regal 250 INT that's been running for about a month. The skimming performance is great, but I'm getting very tired of microbubbles in my display. I have it on a stand and the water level from the base of the skimmer to water level is about 8.75 inches. I'm going to try to raise it up, but I'm pretty skeptical that it will make a difference. When I shine a flashlight on the water, I can clearly see a stream of bubbles exiting the skimmer. The return is underwater, so maybe that is an issue, but I'm not sure if I can just extend the return to be higher. Any tips would be appreciated. I was able to eliminate most of them with the temporary use of a fleece filter sock over the return, but that's an extra piece of maintenance I'd prefer to avoid if at all possible. Thanks for any advice!
