Sorry for the issues you are having. From the screenshots, it appears your mobile device the app is on is not connected to the network.

The second screenshot shows it connected with the option of disconnecting.

Your mobile phone must also be on the same 2.4ghz network through this process. Also the app will not tell you if the password for your 2.4ghz wifi was inputted wrong. I have found that killing the Kamoer Remote app and restarted the process is necessary to connect if the wrong password was submitted.

I can't hook my phone up to 2 wifi devices. It's either my home wifi or the Kamoer.

Sorry. Yes, at that point you will transition but prior you should connect the phone to a 2.4ghz, delete the Kamoer App and restart the process. It helps if the device is near the actual router during this process. Once the pump is binded then you can put it in its location for use and you will no longer be directly connecting to the pump but through your home's wifi network. Make sure that the password is inputted correctly for your home's wifi otherwise the binding will not take place.

Jeremy,
I finally got this thing to bind.

I had to take my portable wifi and X2SR outside on the porch.

Then, I had been copying and pasting the wifi password. When I typed it in manually, it worked.

I was close to doing everything I could to return or sell it but it is now working and seems to be working flawlessly.

Thank you

That is great to hear you were able to bind the item. Yeah, the copy and paste often enter spaces in the password. If you do copy and past it is best to make sure there is no space before or after the password before entering. Otherwise, if the WiFi router doesn't share that same space it times out displaying a 60% during binding. Thanks again for your patience in working it out.
