Ms. Brumfield, Had help me with my issue. My name is Iris Petit. My ref# 75012. Item 11/20. She had helped me with my replacement of my Classic 1000 HOB hang on back. On 11/5/20. She send me a replacement of AQ 1000s. This product doesn’t fit my Protein Skimmer. I received the wrong replacement. During the time of shipment received My family and I became sick with Covid unable to replace the broken part I didn’t opened the replacement skimmer till today and notice that I’ve received the wrong replacement. Can you please advise.
I’ve attached photos of my skimmer and of the one that I just opened. Please advise. I’m now trying to restart my hobby since my recovering of COVID and able to resume my hobby.
