I purchased the Maxspect hanging kit a few months ago for my R420R 160w and just got around to setting it up, but the screws don't seem to fit correctly on my fixture. The screws go in the holes, but there's a lot of wiggle room, even as the screws can't seem to get any further into the fixture. Is it too late to return this item?

I have a similar problem. I bought the 120 and the screws are too big. They do not fit between the fins.
