Hey I was wondering if I would be able to mount my power supply to the inside wall of my oak cabinet with velcro for my Maxspect 300 watt razor without worrying about fire potential I see that there looks to be mounting brackets on it.

Yes, you can mount the power supply to a wall or cabinet. I recommend placing the fan downward.
