Maxspect Razor Timer issue

Must be the timing circuit on the control board. How old is your Razor, it has a one year warranty from date of purchase.

I thought by rebooting it that I fixed it but it is still not accurate. Replacing the part seems straightforward enough, what do you need from me to get the ball rolling? I put the serial number and info on another service ticket if you can cross reference it.
