I purchased super reef octopus 3000 int. less than a month ago. The pump is not working. The impeller will spin put it won't pump water. I checked that the impeller is seated properly in the housing. There is no buildup or blockage of any kind in the pump or impeller. No damage of any kind. Any recommendations on what the problem is and how to correct this. Is a new impeller or pump needed?

Sounds like the impeller may be bad. Please submit a ticket and be sure to attach proof of purchase and include the pump's model and serial numbers.
